So heavy, that there are floods in Central Europe now. I was too busy lately to go out and record rain, but today I managed to record it from different perspective.

 

I attached contact mic to the window and recorded some nice thunders rumble:

And since it started raining heavily, I put hydrophone on balcony handrail, which gave nice slappy rain falling on metal sound:

There were big raindrops, but from this perspective it sounds huge.
